Roland and I have been watching the show Pushing Daises, and have been craving pie. So I made quiche the other day and had some extra pie crust so we decided to make an apple pie. It turned out so well. I haven't made a pie in a long time and it was fun to make something other than cookies for dessert. So here is my pretty apple pie.
