Natural phenomena and stuff

This past Wednesday we were hammered by Hail Storm. The hail ranged from golf ball size around our apartment and baseball size and larger some miles away. Every car that wasn't under a roof got a number of dings.

Windows were broken in some cases. We covered our car with towels to prevent window damage. No broken window for us on account of the hail.

On a different topic, while we were in Southern Utah a Solar eclipse happened and we were lucky enough to be in one of the best spots to see it. We were able to get some footage of the moon going in front of the sun.

And we had a friendly neighborhood cicada break out of its old skin with some brand new wings right  next to our front door.
